Brick Oven Mussels


Jim Davis joined me at the Northern New England Home and Garden Show in 2012.  I've been preparing mussels his way since with the same stunning results.  Click on the Youtube link above for a cool video with a sad soundtrack (that was for the mussels themselves:)
